The latest version of the Alamy contributor contract was published on Nov. 26. The reason for the update is the recently announced change in the Alamy commission structure, which raised the agency’s take of royalties by five percentage points to 40%. Alamy has posted a summary of all changes on its Web site. Contributors have 45 days to terminate without notice. The new contract will come into force on Jan. 10, 2009.
