The American Society of Picture Professionals has opened registration for its fifth education conference. The four-day event will take place in Mesa, Arizona, starting on April 24. It is sponsored by Digital Railroad, with additional support from StockShop, agefotostock, Getty, Pearson and Danita Delimont.

The conference will cater to content managers, art buyers, photo researchers, stock-agency staffers, industry experts and photographers. Sessions will cover various issues, including stock research and licensing, metadata standards, copyright and marketing. Notable speakers will include attorney and author Nancy Wolff, photo-industry consultant Mary Virginia Swanson and Win Holden of Arizona Highways publications. Representatives of the Big Three and leading independents, including Digital Railroad, agefotostock, Image Source and Fotolia, will appear as guest speakers and panelists.

Members of ASPP, the Picture Archive Council of America and several other organizations receive discounted admissions pricing. A conference brochure and an online registration facility are available on the ASPP Web site.
