Getty Images' "Change Me," an online initiative in which thousands of people selected visuals and shared thoughts on making the world a better place, has concluded. The program raised $500,000 for the Washington, D.C.-based advocacy organization Global Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Participants used images from Getty's online inventory and commented on how each had the power to change perceptions. For each submission, Getty Images donated $10 to Friends of the Global Fight. Alongside numerous creatives and activists, actor Richard Gere took the lead in publicly promoting "Change Me."
