Organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization and Interpol, the Fourth Global Congress on Combating Counterfeiting and Piracy will take place Feb. 3 to 5 in Dubai. The three-day program will address topics such as global cooperation among governments and policy-makers, the growing problem of Internet piracy and the economic and social costs of piracy and counterfeiting. Last year's Congress gathered over 1,000 attendees from more than 60 countries. This year's hosts are the World Customs Organization and Dubai Customs.
