The American Society of Media Photographers is reviving its popular 1990s weekend conference program. Strictly Business 2 aims at those who are overwhelmed with the speed of industry change, are not meeting financial goals or are just starting out in the image business and need to cover the basics. The program encompasses lectures, video presentations, workshops and hands-on negotiating training. Events are scheduled in L.A., Atlanta, Philadelphia and Chicago every month starting in late January 2008. Fees range from $125 to $300 based on ASMP membership and college enrollment.
