Internet Archive to Digitize NASA Imagery

NASA's vast collection of images, film and video will be digitized by the Internet Archive, a San Francisco-based nonprofit. The company will scan, archive and manage the collection under a non-exclusive Space Act agreement. Though over 20 major NASA collections are already online, this five-year partnership will unite them all in one searchable online location. The collection will be made available free of charge for non-commercial uses by historians, students and researchers.
