James Alexander, the former head of Adobe’s failed stock-image operation, has joined Jupitermedia as senior vice president and general manager of Jupterimages. According to Christopher Cardell, Jupitermedia president and COO, the hiring decision was based on Alexander’s operational experience, knowledge of the stock-licensing business and industry contacts. Prior to Adobe, Alexander held senior executive posts with software start-ups Mibrary and eWatch.
