The American Society of Magazine Editors has chosen New York’s Eliot Spitzer cover as best of the year. Conceptualized by Barbara Kruger, the cover combines a shot of Spitzer—by Getty Images/Contour photographer Henry Leutwyler—with an arrow that suggests the location of the politician’s brain.
