Orphan Works Bill Stalled in Senate

This week, Vermont Democratic Senator Patrick Leahy issued a statement on the status of a currently pending music legislation. The statement revealed that the Shawn Bentley Orphan Works Act (S. 2913), supported by Leahy, “is being stalled from Senate passage by an anonymous Republican hold.â€
