Renowned author, consultant and speaker Jim Carroll will deliver the keynote at the 13th annual conference of the Picture Archive Council of America. Carroll will offer insight into economic trends, rapid market and industry change and consumer branding issues. The conference will take place at the New York Marriott Downtown, part of the city's historic Financial District, in late October, immediately before PhotoPlus. Other scheduled PACA-conference events include an art-buyer panel, distributor-relations and technological discussions, an orphan-works legislation update and a special gathering to honor stock-industry veteran Jane Kinne, who died last November.
