Controversial Stock Photo on Government Pub

In a cautionary tale on the need for careful use of stock, the Albuquerque Tribune reports on a fiasco that befell the Albuquerque's Office of Senior Affairs. After purchasing a photograph from Getty Images and using it on the cover of its activities catalog, staffers discovered that the pictured man closely resembles a known sex offender. Whether the image is of the actual person is unknown, but the department has destroyed the printed materials.
