Founded in 2006, U.K.-based Reflex Stock has launched an editorial collection of rights-managed images. The collection includes Heritage Images, which unites content from Britain’s top museums and libraries. Much of it has never before been available. The company has also recruited staff to manage editorial business it expects in Europe and the U.S. Reflex currently represents over 140 image collections, which total over 12 million online images.
