Visual Steam: Sales Resource for Content Licensing

Equidyne Holdings LLC, innovating in the field of digital and visual media, has announced the launch of a new subsidiary, Visual Steam. Visual Steam is a new kind of sales services organization supporting the content licensing and creative services industries. The company’s goal is to generate revenue for clients. Visual Steam offers contract sales services to handle all or part of a client's sales efforts, customized training programs, workshops and complimentary marketing services.
The launch of Visual Steam was driven by the explosion of content on the internet. With the millions of images now available online, it is increasingly difficult for licensors to break through the clutter, and for creatives to find the freshest, most relevant content. Today, many creatives limit searching for visual content to one or two large resources, making it tough for smaller companies to grow sales effectively.
With Visual Steam, the playing field is leveled. With the Contract Sales effort, the company takes over the job of recruiting, training and managing a talented and cohesive team of sales consultants. With Management Services, the company will assess and measure the performance of an existing team, build a training and performance recognition program, and manage the process on behalf of clients. The company has also created a series of training modules that can be customized for clients, or are available through a series of workshops.

“With our fresh approach to content sales, we help our clients focus on revenue and profitable growth.” said Leslie Hughes, the company’s CEO. “We can take over a company’s entire sales effort, or help tweak the existing program to be more effective through measurement, analysis and training.”
