AND

USA Today Weekend has 22 million in circulation and charges advertisers
$411,280 per page. However, when it comes to paying for stock images
they tell stock agencies that their "standard rates" are $175 for a
postage stamp size use and $200 for a 1/2 page use. Are the agencies
accepting this? Are photographers accepting this? Is it any
wonder that many photographers are having trouble making a living?
