The CASE Act, H.R. 2426, passed in the House of Representatives this week by an
overwhelmingly by a vote of 410-6.

The bill still needs to pass through the Senate (and then be signed by the President) before it can be enacted into law. So in the coming days and weeks, the Copyright Alliance will again be asking copyright holders to contact their Senators and ask them to vote FOR this measure when it reaches the Senate floor.

With all that is going on in the Congress at the moment it is hoped that this issue will not get sidelined.
