Hemis.fr Launches New Website

Hemis.fr, an independent photography agency founded in France in 2004 has launched a new website with a trendy design. The site has a high speed search engine that is fully responsive to Smartphone and Touch pad search. The site is searchable in both French and English.

Hemis represents 200 of the world’s most talented travel photographers including Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Réza and many others. Some of the photographers are only represented in France and their work will not appear in the English language searches of the site. Many are represented exclusively.

There is a section of the site where brief bios of 115 of the contributors are provided along with a small portfolio of 50 of their images. It is possible to search for just the pictures of a specific photographer by inputting the photographer’s last name in the search box.

The company currently has a staff of 10 individuals divided into 3 departments
  • Dedicated Icono-Commercial Team: assistance with research; management of rights; marketing. Each client is assigned a single point of contact who is a specialist in their sector (press, publishing or corporate advertising).
  • Documentation Team:  in constant contact with our photographers, checking the precision and the relevance of the captions and the keywords for each image.
  • Multimedia Department: checks the digital files before publication online, responds to specific enquiries for very high definition photos to guarantee outstanding image quality.
Among the company’s specialties are :
Tourism News, Future Travel Trends -Every month thanks to their 200 photographers worldwide, they provide comprehensive reports with “text and photos” about unprecedented subjects.
Expertise on Nature and Fauna - The collection is updated daily with amazing images of animals, nature and the environment.

Interior Design Trends – The agency has up-to-date news about contemporary and architect-designed houses as well as charming renovations worldwide and innovative cosy or minimalist interiors.
Aerial Views - A team of specialised photographers, we provide customised production by drone, helicopter, plane, paramotor , etc. and a unique collection of photographs.
Corporate Assignments
Their photographers are available for Corporate Assignments and these activities represent about 15% of their business.
