Apple Settles Psihoyos Suit

The outcome of the
Psihoyos v. Apple meant drawing the line between inspiration and infringement. However, it seems the parties may have settled out of court.
InformationWeek reports that the Colorado photographer Louis Psihoyos withdrew his complaint. The case was dismissed "with prejudice," which means it cannot be re-filed, a typical result for out-of-court settlements. Both parties' refusal to publicly comment on the matter.
