U.K.’s Axiom Photographic Agency has announced an exclusive image partnership with British publisher Rough Guides, which has been publishing travel and reference books for over 25 years. The Rough Guides’ resulting library of commissioned photography is now available through Axiom’s newly revamped Web site for rights-managed licensing.
Axiom specializes travel and reportage stock, as well as commissions. Its focus on travel was what won the Rough Guides business. The Rough Guides addition to the collection features people, landscapes and architecture from around the world and includes images from the recently published Earthbound: A Rough Guide to the World in Pictures.
The availability of this new content coincides with a promotional offer that encourages new buyer signups by raffling off five Rough Guides books.
