About the Image goes on record in Photolibrary's defense. Ferrone, who used to work at Index Stock prior to its sale, provides stock photographers with several reasons to like Photolibrary as the new Index owner. Of several companies bidding for Index, Photolibrary was the only one who guaranteed paying overdue photographer commissions. Ferrone thinks the company is now acting in good faith.
